CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A Conroe group launched a petition Saturday at the steps of the Conroe Courthouse, hoping to put the city's use of Flock cameras to a public vote.

The effort began at noon Saturday.

Organizer James Fletes has been vocal in the fight against automated license plate reading cameras.
