The Comfort High football team is off this Friday and the bye week couldn't have come at a better time for the Bobcats.

Comfort hopes to use the downtime to rest and get ready for Poth when the Bobcats host the Pirates for their district opener on Oct. 2.

Bobcats coach Jay Rieken said it'll help to have two weeks in between games.
