LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Texas Tech University's fall 2026 enrollment officially reached 46,296 as of the 20th day of classes Monday, Sept. 21, establishing another enrollment record for the university.

The official count builds on the enrollment milestone Texas Tech announced on the first day of classes, when the university reported more than 45,000 students.

Enrollment continued to increase during the opening weeks of the semester as students completed registration and other enrollment processes.
