Credit: Michael Karlis On Tuesday, worker crews began replacing the signs for downtown's Csar E. Chvez Boulevard, which City Council last month unanimously voted to return to its old name of Durango Boulevard.

Council approved the name change in the wake of a bombshell New York Times investigation that accused the Latino labor leader of grooming and sexually abusing girls who worked in the movement he helped lead.
