Man sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication in shooting death of SAISD student
A 19-year-old man was sentenced to 10 years of deferred adjudication for his role in the shooting death of an SAISD student in San Antonio.

A 19-year-old man charged in connection with the shooting death of an SAISD student last year has been sentenced to 10 years of deferred adjudication.
Fernando Flores was one of five people charged after Simon Cuevas was fatally shot.
Cuevas was found with a gunshot wound to his stomach at the corner of South Elmendorf Street and Merida Street, near Brewer Academy, authorities said.
