HOOKS, Texas - City leaders in Hooks are moving to permanently part ways with the police chief.

The city council held a special meeting after suspending Police Chief Johnny Millwood last week.

Ultimatum follows closed sessionAfter a closed-door session, the city attorney said Millwood was given an ultimatum to sign an agreement of separation or face termination.
