PRESIDIO, Texas (KOSA) - Deputies arrested a passenger found to have an outstanding warrant connected to a homicide case after a traffic stop on Highway 67 on August 24.

According to the Presidio County Chief Deputy Sheriff, deputies stopped a car around 7:00 p.m. after it was seen speeding over 100 miles per hour while heading toward Presidio.

Passenger identified during stopDuring the stop, deputies identified the passenger as 20-year-old Daniel Torres, the Chief Deputy Sheriff said.
