LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - The Longview Metropolitan Planning Organization held a Transportation Policy meeting today and one of the topics discussed was the Fourth Street Corridor Study.

The section discussed is from Loop 281 through Hawkins Parkway and ending at Highway 259.

That part of the road has become congested because extensive retail has developed along the road.
