MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Police are looking for a man after he's been accused of shooting a 23-year-old on Sunday morning, according to the Midland Police Department.

MPD reported they were called to the 1100 block of North Colorado Street around 1:31 A.M. on Sunday morning.

According to a news release, the 23-year-old was shot by suspect, 37-year-old Edward Jesus Ochoa from a vehicle during a disturbance.
