McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - A judge dismissed a marriage fraud case on Tuesday after concluding the government had some evidence - but not enough to establish probable cause.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Nadia S. Medrano dismissed the case against Ana Karen Quintero Cardenas on Tuesday afternoon.
"There's been some evidence presented," Medrano said.
