A pedestrian was fatally struck by an 18-wheeler on I-45 in Montgomery County near State Highway 242, causing southbound lane closures and traffic delays.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - Several southbound lanes of I-45 are closed in Montgomery County after a pedestrian was fatally struck by a 18-wheeler.

The collision happened at State Highway 242.

Sky 2 Chopper flew over the scene and captured images of police investigating the incident.
