Development in Howe to bring more housing, businesses to town

The Ponderosa Point development in Howe will bring 135 single-family homes, an apartment complex, Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, Blue Spruce Market, and a gas station to the area near Highway 75.

HOWE, Texas (KXII) - The Ponderosa Point development in Howe is bringing housing, dining, a grocer and a new gas station to the area.

Right off of Highway 75, next to Howe High School, a Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, and Blue Spruce Market will soon be under construction.

The Ponderosa Point development will also build 135 single family homes and an apartment complex.
