Forty-five Chihuahua-mix dogs, many of them suffering from infections and other medical problems, were rescued Tuesday from a mobile home in north Houston, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 1.
Constable Precinct 1's Animal Cruelty Unit removed the dogs from a home in the 9900 block of Edgeworth Street as part of an ongoing animal neglect investigation.
