Howard Payne University (HPU) hosted its annual Community Leadership Lunch and Learn Tuesday, bringing together representatives from more than a dozen area businesses and civic organizations for an opportunity to connect with each other and learn from an industry leader.

The event, held in the Bullion Suites of the Mabee Center, featured Doug Foster, principal and CEO of NovaLex Consulting, as the keynote speaker.

Foster began his career at J. Walter Thompson, where he rose to senior vice president.
