MARSHALL, Texas (KETK)-- Firefighters are on the scene after a train carrying hazardous materials derailed in Marshall on Thursday.

According to Harrison County ESD 3, the derailment occurred along FM 1998 east of Pumpkin Center Road.

No hazardous materials have spilled from the train so far, officials said.
