A San Antonio man was arrested after he admitted to fracturing a 4-week-old infant's bones at a North Side residence, according to an arrest affidavit.
Aaron Espinoza, 19, was charged with injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury, a first-degree felony, Bexar County court records show.
The San Antonio Police Department was called to a downtown hospital on Aug. 23, where staff reported an infant had "multiple unexplained physical injuries." Staff reported to police the child had visible bruising with reported rib, tibia and arm fractures, the affidavit said.
