Renter says landlord 'owes like $20K' for Cibolo utilities; City says there is a resolution after KSAT inquiry

CIBOLO, Texas - Families living at Shady Meadows Mobile Home Park said they went without fully working water for more than 24 hours.

Julie Phillips said she called the landlord to let her know, and when the woman called back, she said it was the water company.

"She goes, 'Bad news is I think the water company turned off the water,'" Phillips said.
