FORT HOOD, Texas (KWTX) - An obstetrician-gynecologist assigned to the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center is facing hundreds of military charges involving nearly 100 alleged victims, according to the U.S. Army Office of Special Trial Counsel.
Officials referred nine charges and 272 specifications against Maj. Blaine D. McGraw, 48, on Aug. 3. The alleged offenses occurred on various occasions between 2021 and 2026, involving a total of 93 alleged victims.
