Pleasanton Junior High students in Mrs. Niemitz's class were busy recently collaborating, experimenting and putting their science skills into action.

They created classroom posters and worked together in groups to explore the fascinating properties of matter through a lab.

Students are learning that science is best when it is experienced hands-on.
