COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Texas A&M football fans will trade their traditional maroon for red, white and blue at Saturday's game."Just reminding future generations of why it's important and having this history here and all the things that are so important to A&M. I think it's just one more reason that this type of day needs to be celebrated on our campus," said Erin Jones, the Executive Associate Athletic Director for Game Management.

The red, white, and blue out is back for the first time in 5 years.

Honoring the 25th anniversary of 9/11 as well as the nation's 250th birthday."And so, having that as the 25th anniversary, and then also celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States. This is a really special game for us," said Jones.
