A San Antonio family says the air conditioning in their apartment at Four Thousand Horizon Hill complex has not been working properly since a storm on Aug. 28.

Krystal Garcia said she has submitted multiple maintenance requests to the apartment complex.

The requests were marked completed according to the work order.
