By Sarah Saldivar, Secretary/treasurer, San Saba Edc on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 San Saba EDC to receive funding for New Downtown Street Banners The San Saba Economic Development Corporation (EDC) has officially approved funding for new promotional pole banners designed to celebrate and advertise the city's historic title as the 'Pecan Capital of the World.' The design was created in collaboration between the EDC leadership and their marketing partner Found Texas.

This new banner aims to boost local tourism and enhance downtown beautification by highlighting the community's deep-rooted agricultural heritage.

In a continued effort to drive tourism and support local commerce, the San Saba Economic Development Corporation announced its backing of a vibrant new community branding initiative.
