LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - A jury sentenced Peter Lozano III to eight years in prison and fined him $30,000 on Thursday, Aug. 27, after he pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault, according to the District Attorney's Office.

How the case beganThe case began on Feb. 12, 2024, when Laredo police were dispatched to a rollover accident involving a white Chevrolet Silverado in the 5200 block of Bob Bullock Loop in Webb County.
