TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The Tyler Zoning Board of Adjustment held a hearing Thursday to decide if they have the legal authority to hear the data center zoning appeal.

The hearing centered on a dispute over a proposed cryptocurrency mining data center at 1101 and 1105 West Erwin Street.

However, the legal arguments focused on which municipal body has the right to dismiss the case rather than the project itself.
