LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Laredo's mayor is calling on the federal government to rethink its border strategy after buoys floating down the Rio Grande shut down commercial traffic at the World Trade Bridge Sunday, July 19.
Crews spotted buoys Friday, July 24, near the former customs import lot, between Bridges One and Two.
