(KGNS) - Laredo police arrested a man accused of driving while intoxicated after he crashed into two vehicles and ran from officers, according to investigators.

Viewer video captured the moment officers cornered and handcuffed the man.

Investigators say 28-year-old Eduardo Reyes Ramirez crashed into two vehicles along the 700 block of Park Street Sunday evening, Sept. 21, then ran on foot.
