COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - A new retirement community is coming to College Station as retiree population continues to grow.
The community is being built by Kept Classic Homes in Lakeside at Millican Reserve.
This comes after a U.S. Census Bureau report said College Station's population of residents 65 and older grew nearly 18% in three years.
