A man was hospitalized with gunshot wounds after a homeowner's son opened fire on him during an encounter in a north Houston backyard late Friday, according to Houston police.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 11:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, in the 300 block of Glenburnie Drive.
Police said the homeowners first heard a noise and noticed a van outside their residence that they considered suspicious.
