The new school year is rapidly approaching and with its arrival, so is the reality of lunches for children.

Some families may qualify for free or reduced cost meals for their children at Houston ISD schools, but there is a process to determine and apply for it.

Families will need to fill out the HISD School Nutrition Meal Application.
