LEON COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - A 25-year-old man faces a second-degree felony charge after allegedly purchasing dozens of head of cattle with bad checks.
Payton Dean Carroll, of Barry, Texas, was arrested by the Leon County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division on a charge of Theft of Property between $150,000 and $300,000.
