HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Residents in West Houston have reached out to ABC13, hoping someone will do something about a heavily damaged apartment building in their neighborhood.

The Westhollow Place Apartments are located in the 13700 block of Richmond Avenue at Panagard Drive and have been the subject of at least two fires covered by ABC13 since 2018.
