ANDERSON, Texas (KBTX) - Anderson-Shiro Elementary is dismissing students early today because of an air-conditioning outage.

The school has been unable to restore the system, and with temperatures continuing to rise, staff have made the decision to dismiss elementary students this morning.

Families should use the car-rider line, where staff will be available to sign students out.
