(KGNS) - Residents living in rural Webb County will soon have expanded healthcare services and increased facility security following decisions by county commissioners.
The Webb County Commissioners Court approved $2,400 to train a clinic worker in phlebotomy.
The training will allow staff to provide local blood draw services at the Bruni Public Health Facility, eliminating the need for residents in Bruni to travel to Laredo for basic laboratory work.
