A Heights family says an ongoing dispute with their mail carrier has escalated into months of missing mail - including bills, a car tag and a settlement payment.

The family says the problems started about a year ago, when their mail carrier began leaving mail on their cars instead of putting it in the mailbox.

The carrier later alleged that the family's dog attacked her.
