Montgomery County fugitive accused of child sexual abuse arrested after fleeing twice using multiple aliases

A Montgomery County fugitive accused of child sexual abuse was arrested on July 27 after fleeing law enforcement twice using multiple aliases, with assistance from the Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, U.S. Marshals Service, and Galveston Police Department.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - A man accused of sexually abusing a child over several years has been arrested after fleeing law enforcement twice using multiple aliases, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

James Nona was taken into custody on July 27 with the assistance of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, the United States Marshals Service and the Galveston Police Department.

He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
