MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - A man accused of sexually abusing a child over several years has been arrested after fleeing law enforcement twice using multiple aliases, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
James Nona was taken into custody on July 27 with the assistance of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, the United States Marshals Service and the Galveston Police Department.
