The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority is considering extending the 290 Toll from SH 130 to SH 95 in Elgin to alleviate heavy traffic congestion.

Officials held a public meeting in Manor to gather community feedback regarding the proposed 15-mile expansion.

If approved, the project will undergo a multi-year environmental study and design phase before construction begins.
