HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A former Harris County Sheriff's Office deputy is back behind bars for the third time in a month, this time accused of sending an unwanted nude photo of himself to a relative.

Teofilo Chacon, 31, was arrested Monday on a charge of sending obscene material to his wife's cousin, according to court records.

He had previously been arrested twice while still employed by the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
