(KGNS) - A former Laredo airport security manager is facing charges after Laredo police say he stole firearms and other property from the airport's security division.

Francisco De Hoyos, 53, was arrested Friday, Aug. 21, and charged with 18 counts of theft of a firearm and seven counts of misapplication of fiduciary property, according to Laredo police.
