A brave huskydoodle named LouLou was found alive and well in the snow more than two days after she was separated from her owner during an avalanche.

One of her owners, Lauren Padawar, shared the miraculous rescue on Facebook earlier this month.

What they're saying: Padawar said LouLou and her other owner, Brian, were hiking in Chugach State Park in Anchorage Oct. 10 when an avalanche hit, dragging Brian and his hiking partner 500 feet down a mountain.
