BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Allen Academy students welcomed first responders to their campus Wednesday for the school's annual First Responders Appreciation Breakfast on National First Responders Day.

The event is designed to be an expression of gratitude for the men and women who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving the Brazos County Community.

The breakfast is entirely student-led.
