The San Antonio Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding a missing man with a diagnosed medical condition last seen on the North Side.

Tyrone Moore, 50, was last seen in the 700 block of East Josephine Street, near Pearl.

Moore was last heard from on Oct. 22.
