New restaurants and shops are coming to a $6. 4 million shopping center planned in Stone Oak.

The 57,000-square-foot Stone Oak Mercantile, at the corner of Evans Road and Stone Oak Parkway, will have space for up to two dozen businesses.

Box Street All Day is expected to anchor the shopping center, with its fourth location expected to open in mid-2027.
