RICHARDSON, Texas (KTRK) -- Amazon is using drones to deliver packages, and while it may seem cool, some North Texas residents are calling it a nuisance.

An Amazon drone delivery facility in Richardson, just north of Dallas opened in December 2025.

Neighbors who live nearby said the facility sounds like a beehive and that the drones fly nonstop.
