GALVESTON, Texas (KBTX) - A joint child exploitation investigation led to a major narcotics seizure, the recovery of 15 firearms and the arrests of three people.

In July, the Galveston County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit, Detective A. Espinosa with the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and FBI agents in Texas City investigated a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

On Oct. 1, members of the sheriff's office in collaboration with the ICAC Task Force executed a search warrant at a home in the 2000 block of Island Manor Lane in League City.
