HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - Vice President J.D. Vance is making his first visit to the Rio Grande Valley.

Port of Brownsville officials confirm to Valley Central that Vance will visit the port on Tuesday at noon.

The event will be open to the public.
