TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Sense of Self Counseling and Monarca partnered for their fourth annual workshop in Tyler to address mental health awareness and break cultural stigmas within the Hispanic community.

This year's event focused on "intergenerational healing," helping participants navigate family trauma and grief.
