BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Brazos County grand jury has formally indicted three men tied to a June 29 shooting at a College Station apartment complex that police said erupted in front of children near a playground.

Court records show indictments were returned against 23-year-old Jakavian Devon Johnson, 18-year-old Jermeryion Daray Anderson-Glover and 18-year-old Seth Ethin Conerway.

Johnson is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, and unlawful use of a criminal instrument.
