BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - During a nearly three-hour live stream Monday night, social media influencer BenDaDonnn said he believes he was racially profiled by College Station police and intends to sue over his arrest.

BenDaDonnn, whose real name is Benjamin Benius Beard, was arrested early Sunday in College Station's Northgate District following the Texas A&M-Arkansas game on a charge of evading arrest.

Authorities released him later that day on bond from the Brazos County jail.
