HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Natalie Reilly, who lives in the Heritage Park subdivision near Bay Area Boulevard and Beamer Road, recently reached out to ABC13 over concerns regarding the financial health of her homeowners association.

Reilly said she recently received an email that the Heritage Park Community Improvement Association has run out of money and will be cutting services as a result.

"As of this month, the Heritage Park Community Improvement Association has spent through all of its 2026 assessment income," they wrote in that e-mail.
