BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Bryan man accused of robbing a victim at gunpoint in a Walmart parking lot remains behind bars after a judge refused to lower his $120,000 bond on Thursday, despite arguments regarding his health.

Landry Fillmore, who was already out on bond for a previous deadly conduct charge when the June 11th robbery happened, appeared in court Thursday.

Judge Brick set his total bond at $120,000 for three charges:Aggravated RobberyPossession of a prohibited weaponUnlawful carrying of a firearmAccording to arrest documents, Fillmore and an accomplice robbed an individual at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Walmart on Briarcrest Drive.
